Privacy

De 7 Provinciën (details in the legal notice) is the controller for personal data processed through this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Your name, email address, country of residence and preferred session time when you request a booking.
• Payment confirmation details received from our payment provider (we never see your full card details).
• The content of emails you send us.

Why

To arrange and deliver your session, take payment, meet tax and accounting obligations, and answer your questions (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Sessions

Sessions take place by chat on Discord, WhatsApp or text message. We do not record sessions or keep copies of chats outside those apps. Chat history is held by the app provider under its own privacy terms, and you can delete it on your side at any time.

Who processes data for us

• IONOS (email hosting)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Bunny Fonts (web fonts, EU)
• Discord, WhatsApp (Meta) or your mobile network, depending on the channel you choose
• Our payment provider, when payment is made

How long

Booking emails are kept for up to 2 years; payment and invoice records for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@onbakerstreet.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.

Cookies and website data

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. If you click “Understood” on the privacy notice, your browser stores a single setting locally so the notice is not shown again; it is never sent to us. Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), which does not log or store visitor IP addresses. Our host, Vercel, processes technical connection data needed to deliver the site.
