1. Services
We offer Live Consulting Advice sessions of 1, 5 or 10 minutes by chat (Discord, WhatsApp or text message; no video). Sessions provide personal guidance, including non-traditional forecasting, on coping with pressure, staying connected with loved ones and making decisions. Forecasts are intuitive perspectives, not guarantees of any outcome. They are not legal, medical, psychological or financial advice, not therapy, and not a substitute for a licensed professional or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
3. Booking and payment
Sessions are prepaid. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. If you ask for your session to take place within those 14 days, you agree that the service begins at your request and you lose your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully delivered.
6. Liability
You remain responsible for your own decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned.
7. Governing law
Dutch law applies. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
